Self-Care

If we as humans expect our bodies to cooperate everyday then it's important, we find the time for healthy eating, exercise, movement, sleep, relaxation, and self-reflection. Create your routine, create time blocks, and take action.

Everything works better when there's flow. Organization gives you energy because there is so much space to get things done instead of trying to function amidst chaos.

Self-Awareness

Adulting revolves around self-reflection. Who you think you are versus who you are versus who you are striving to be. Take the time to set the foundation for your potential. If you don’t do it for yourself - you are cheating yourself. Choose change.

Who ARE YOU?  Do you have hobbies and interests? Do you make time for yourself in your life? Start making better choices. Think about change. What do you really like? What activities bring you joy? Then choose YOU and make the time.
